Upon joining the Thilyarem ARPG Community Group, all members agree to respect and abide by the following rules outlined.

Failure to abide by or in respect the following Rules and Guidelines can and will incur disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from the group, nullifying or revoking the offending player’s existing import designs and genos, and permanent blacklisting of that player from all future Thilyarem content and activity. It is the members’ responsibilities to familiarize themselves with Thilyarem’s rules & guidelines. Failure to do so will be considered negligence and cannot be used as an excuse should a member violate any of the below rules & guidelines.

GENERAL RULES & GUIDELINES

Thilyarem does not tolerate harassment, bullying behavior, or hate speech of any kind from its members. We are an all-inclusive community, and we have absolutely no patience for anyone who exhibits racist, sexist, or phobic behavior towards any demographic of people(s). Violation of this rule, even a public ‘joke’, will immediately get disciplinary action up to and including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent expulsions from the Community.

Thilyarem does not tolerate antagonism towards its community, staff, or members. Antagonism, with intent to cause contempt towards the staff or dissent within the community, will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, inciting dramatic upheavals within the community over a perceived injustice such as RNG disappointments; or accusing staff and other members of misconduct without sufficient evidence.

Thilyarem is not responsible nor liable for the content that members may experience in the free-forum, community-posting aspect of the ARPG. While our moderation teams make it their priority to maintain the Community’s standards for behavior and content, our Admin can not hold us responsible for any content that goes unseen or unaddressed. Participation in Thilyarem is at the individual member’s own discretion.

Representation of Thilyarem content in artwork, writing, advertisement, import templates, and related forms of media is property of the ARPG group and is strictly prohibited from being outside of the Thilyarem community. You may not claim the ideas, designs, or content as your own, nor use it in any application that is not directly connected to or included within the Thilyarem ARPG and Community.

In an event that the behavior of a Thilyarem staff member needs to be addressed for any reason, you may contact any of the Ancient God and Spirit Guardian staff you are comfortable speaking with. Be advised that we may ask you to provide sufficient evidence to support your claim, such as screenshots or logs. Thilyarem will not disclose how a staff member is disciplined if their behavior has dipped below our stringent standards for staff conduct.

Cheating of any kind is banned in Thilyarem. Cheaters found to be in any egregious activity will be immediately disqualified from events or activities, and will incur disciplinary action up to and including permanent banishment for especially serious offenses. Judgement of whether suspicious activity seen as cheating will be at the discretion of the group admins. Examples of Cheating Include: Making use of multiple accounts to circumvent rules that limit participation or posting, crowd-sourcing people to win raffles or events, and any other behavior with explicit intentions to gain an unfair advantage over other members.
Members can not ask for or expect special treatment such as customs, artwork, breeding slots, or exceptions to any of the guidelines that we expect our community members to follow, regardless of personal affiliation or loyalty.

IMPORTS, ART, & SUBMISSION RULES

Designs submitted for approval must be accepted by a Thilyarem Admin before they can use their dragon in any of the group’s activities. However, check (Getting Started) for information on utilizing starters for activities!We can find the standards for approval in our various design guides. Any design requires approval or rejection at the Admin’s discretion. A Thilyarem Admin will provide a critique of a design that has failed to meet the group’s standards; and will approve the design when necessary changes are made.

Designs including markings or features that are heavily based on previously copyrighted material will be automatically rejected. This includes, but is not limited to, symbols or references to video games, motion picture media, comic book material, or pre-existing designs. Thilyarem welcomes discussions about copyrighted material in a fun and open public setting; but the decision to prohibit this material from being used in import designs to protect Thilyarem and its assets from copyright infringement.

Designs bearing markings or features that resemble, or are based on, religious or political material will be automatically rejected. Thilyarem is an all-inclusive community; and while we respect our members’ various religious and political identities, we feel that Thilyarem’s content to express those identities could lead to an unfavorable social climate.

Designs including markings or features that reference, showcase, or are based on offensive symbols, emblems, flags, or any content related to these criteria will be automatically rejected. Using symbols like swastikas, Confederate Emblems, or other related content that is unsavory or offensive to a demographic of people will not only be rejected from submission, but will also be met disciplinary action.

All artwork submitted to the Thilyarem group must be your own artwork. Thilyarem does not tolerate plagiarism of any kind. Artwork that has been too heavily referenced, traced, or reproduced from another artist’s original work will be automatically removed from the group, will not count towards any kind of activity or reputation gain, and the offending member will be disciplined appropriately. Artwork that is commissioned by a member of Thilyarem can be added to the group under the provisions that they do so from the original uploaded submission, where the original artist is fully credited and publicized.

All content associated with Thilyarem’s Imports must fall into line with MPA’s PG-13 standards. Import names, descriptions, and stories must be tasteful and without overtly offensive material that could be considered too intense for a teenage viewer. Violation of this rule results in the content being removed or the member in question will be required to edit the aforementioned content to fit in line with Thilyarem’s standards.

The Co-Owning of Imported Designs is strictly prohibited in Thilyarem. The only exception to this rule is the Owner and Co-Owner’s Thilyarem Blitz, who is the group’s mascot and was a gift from the group owner. ARPG and Alt Accounts do not count toward this rule.

Artwork, writing, Crafts, and all User Content submitted to the Thilyarem community must fall into line with PG-13 standards. Thilyarem does not condone, support, or tolerate the use of its imports, designs, and content in any sexual manner or style. Artwork, writing, Crafts, or User Content that indecently sexualized Thilyarem’s creations, NPC characters, or conceptions will be explicitly banned from submission into the group gallery. Players can privately roleplay, explore, or conceptualize content in this manner, but cannot be showcased in the ARPG Community and cannot be redeemed for activity points. Other indecent content that is prohibited from group submission are as followed: Violent and detailed depictions that far exceed PG-13 Standards, Depictions of Gratuitous abuse of Thilyarem’s creature designs, Indecent Fetishes of any Kind.

SALES, ADVERTISEMENT, TRADES

Advertisement journals of any kind may only be resubmitted to the group once every seventy-two hours (or 3 days). Journals found to be bumped (removed and resubmitted) more than once per 3-day period will be rejected from the submission queue without notice, and will not be approved for re-submission until after a fresh 3-day period ends.
Slots and cubs can be sold or traded in the open or closed market with prices set at the Sellers discretion. Thilyarem will not limit or restrict how much a member can charge for their slots or the genos through submitted breeding requests. Thilyarem will not permit restrictive rules attached to slot sales. The only rules permitted in the exchange of a breeding slot are how the slot can be resold, traded, or gifted; or if the slot is being sold in a combination format with another slot. No other rules will be permitted, and there are no exceptions.

We cannot offer breeding slots for sale, trade, or swap until an Import has had Breeding unlocked. This includes the preemptive sale, trade, or gifting in exchange for any goods or services rendered. Exceptions are deals made to get a dragon to the correct experience level required.

The group may review cases involving USD sales disputes. Please provide proof of the agreement and terms. As well as the completed payment and issuance and findings of a completed Paypal dispute. We will review issues on a case-by-case basis. We will bar those found to be in violation from posting advertisements to the group or the discord chat.
